Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise that utilizes breathing techniques to help build strength, balance and flexibility. Pilates is a non-impact type of exercise that can be performed by people with limited physical ability, pregnant women, and those who use wheelchairs or are rehabilitating from injuries.
When you begin Pilates, your therapist will evaluate you and create a program uniquely for your needs. You will perform exercises, stretches, and use exercise machines to strengthen your muscles and improve flexibility to build a stronger core.
